About Us

(Matthew 9:35-38)
35. Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease [a]among the people.
36. But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were [b]weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd.
37. Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few."
38. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.

Church Congregation
About Us

Our Humble Beginning

Ekballo was launched on December 31st, 2025. On this faithful day, we came together with family members and friends to cross over into the Year 2026 and it was a wonderful time of prayer, praise worship and the Word.

The word, 'send out' used in Matthew 9:38, “Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest” is transliterated from a Greek word termed Ekballo.

Ekballo means a sending out and a thrusting out of adequately prepared laborers who are willing to go into the harvest of our Lord and make disciples from all nations. Hence, the central theme around Ekballo is the awareness, activation and the willingness to engage the gifts and talents the Lord has invested in you to win souls in the marketplace. The marketplace starts outside the four corner walls of a church, hence everything that happens in the context of everyday living constitutes the marketplace.

Ekballo Mission, Vision, & Core Values

Mision Statement

To build a culture of prayer. To grow the believer into stature and maturity through discipleship.

To raise believers who are anchored in the undiluted word of God. To develop a consciousness of kingdom impact in the marketplace.

Vision

Raising a Generation of laborers for the end time harvest.

Core Values

Prayer - We believe in heartfelt prayer and that prayer is the center-point of the believer's life (Luke 18:1).

The Word of God - We believe that the Word of God is the basis for living for every believer (John 1:1-4).

Purity - We believe in raising a people of integrity with clean hands and a pure heart (Psalm 24:4).

Discipleship - We believe that active, sustained discipleship is the only way that believers come into stature in Christ (Luke 9:23).

Marketplace Impact - We believe in the mandate from our Lord Jesus in Matthew 28:19-20 which instructs us to “go out into all the world and make disciples of all nations” and so we are raising believers who are conscious of making impact for the kingdom in every sphere of life and society.

Raising teaching priests - We believe every true disciple of Jesus Christ should be able to eventually disciple others using the word of God. (2nd Timothy 2:2).

Intimacy With The HolySpirit - We believe every believer should have a close walk with the Spirit of God. They should be able to discern His voice and know His will. (2nd Corinthians 13:14).
