Damola Adelakun
Lead Pastor
Damola Adelakun is an apostolic teacher, an avid world traveler, and a seasoned real estate broker and Investor. He is the husband to one wife - Emi Adelakun, and the Father to two beautiful children - Daniel & Elizabeth.
Emi Adelakun
Co-Pastor
Emi is an ordained minister in the body of Christ with a five fold ministry assignment as well as a specific calling to raise women to fulfil God's calling and assignment on their lives.
Damola and Emi are co-founders and pastors of Ekballo Ministries Int'l on Charlotte, NC, with a passion and calling to equip believers for marketplace impact. They live in Charlotte with their two children, Daniel and Ellie.
Prior to the birth of Ekballo, they have both been very involved in marketplace ministry across the US, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and South Africa through their work as co-founders of The Tribe of Marketplace Ministers, King's Arrow Network & Kings and Priests in Christ.
Over their time traveling across these nations preaching the gospel and equipping believers to be co-laborers with Christ for the end-time harvest, they have delivered prayer trainings, school of ministry trainings, outreach programs as well as other programs which have birthed many more marketplace ministries and ministers in these nations.
Our Humble Beginning
Ekballo was launched on December 31st, 2025. On this faithful day, we came together with family members and friends to cross over into the Year 2026 and it was a wonderful time of prayer, praise worship and the Word.
The word, 'send out' used in Matthew 9:38, “Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest” is transliterated from a Greek word termed Ekballo.
Ekballo means a sending out and a thrusting out of adequately prepared laborers who are willing to go into the harvest of our Lord and make disciples from all nations. Hence, the central theme around Ekballo is...
